We are honored to share that Koko Val’s Paradise Trio was featured during the “Made in Hawai’i” Festival in Honolulu in August 2025.

Seasonal Availability: Our Mango jam is made with locally harvested Maui mangoes and is available only during mango season. As a result, the Tropical Jam Trio Collection is typically offered from May through December and available only while supplies last.

Handcrafted on Maui in small batches and made with minimal sugar, each handcrafted low sugar jam highlights the natural sweetness and bright tropical character of the fruit. Mango Jam: Mango, organic cane sugar, fruit pectin

Passion Fruit jam: Passion Fruits, water, organic cane sugar, fruit pectin

Pineapple Jam: Pineapple, organic cane sugar, fruit pectin

IS IT A JAM, JELLY OR FRUIT SPREAD?

Technically, jams and jellies are called jam or jelly because of their very high sugar content ranging from 55 % – 90%. A jam is made with the actual fruit, and a jelly is made out of the fruit juice. Since our products are low in sugar, we refer to them as fruit spreads. This means that we use at least 50 % less sugar than a regular jar of jam and the fruit content is much higher. Regular jars of jam have about 12-18 g added sugar per serving. Koko Val’s jams have about 3-6 g of sugar per serving. This allows for a unique and tropical jam experience highlighting the incredible flavor of the Hawaiian fruit.

All our low sugar fruit spreads are free of high fructose corn syrup, artificial ingredients or preservatives.

The shelf life of our low sugar fruit spreads are approximately 9-12 months. Keep fruit spreads refrigerated for the best tasting experience.
