All our items ship via USPS directly from Maui, Hawaii (United States) within 2-7 business days.
We appreciate your understanding that this may vary due to our geographical location and the amount of orders during peak season. Should there be a delay on our end to get the item shipped out of Hawaii, we will inform you right away. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with applicable tracking information.

Every international shipment has to go through customs before it can be delivered at your destination. RETURNS
If the item is defect for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
