DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For your convenience, we offer a Shipping Flat rate of $15 within the United States.
This means that no matter how many items you order, a Shipping charge of $15 will be charged at check out.
All our items ship via USPS directly from Maui, Hawaii (United States) within 2-7 business days.
We appreciate your understanding that this may vary due to our geographical location and the amount of orders during peak season. Should there be a delay on our end to get the item shipped out of Hawaii, we will inform you right away. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with applicable tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All our items to international destinations, ship via USPS or DHL Express. Shipping with the US Postal Service offers great international shipping rates, but it usually takes about 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. Full international tracking might not be possible once the package leaves the United States.
Using DHL Express as your shipping carrier guarantees you a quick delivery of your order including full global tracking and email/text updates! It usually takes only about 3-7 days for your package to arrive.
We are not able to ship any CBD products or culinary products internationally at this time!
IMPORTANT: International Shipping – Customs & Duty Fees
Every international shipment has to go through customs before it can be delivered at your destination. Please be advised that there will be applicable custom/handling fees and taxes that need to be paid upon receiving your item. The associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and have to be paid upon receiving the package!

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and the item is unused, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. We will cover the applicable return shipping charges within the United States.

Each product is individually wrapped and packed to arrive safely. In case, an item arrives damaged or lost, please be advised that we are not responsible for those damages or lost items. Used and damaged items cannot be returned.
