Koko Val Hawai’i is a small women owned and operated business which handcrafts fruit spreads in various flavors.
Koko Val Hawai’i, originally a Hawaiian pop-up boutique, was founded by Claudia B. in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. She wanted to share her love for the beautiful Hawaiian islands by creating products which reflect the Hawaiian lifestyle and its beauty. The shop was named after her precious daughter Koko Val (short for Kōlea Valentina), who inspired her to become an entrepreneur.

Claudia is also a passionate cook, baker and loves to preserve Hawaiian fruits, which she learned from her grandmother and mother. To offer a healthier alternative to all commercially made jams which usually have a very high sugar content, she wanted you to taste the “real fruit” in each jar.

We strive to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience and want you to feel delighted and satisfied with all our products. All fruit spreads are made in small batches to ensure freshness. It is our mission to support local commerce and sustainability, and ultimately for Hawaii to be a thriving economy.

Made In Hawai'i
We follow Hawaii’s State rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the “MADE IN HAWAII” term and thrive to offer 100 % Maui grown fruit whenever possible.
Due to Hawaiiʻs geographical location and limited resources, not all fruit can be grown here. The ones not made in Hawaii come from trusted farmers which we have close relationships with!
